Might be difficult…you could try Cancer Treatment Centers of America, but you would have to travel and it might be expensive…or you could try clinical trials in your area….listed below…

Unfortunately the chances of curing someone with stage four lung cancer are ridiculously slim. Lung cancer kills more than 90% of those affected and stage 4 is as far along as you can get. You could investigate the possibility of clinical trials, but I feel unfortuantely you are just going to have to get used to the idea that your grandmother is going to die of it.
My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer and they gave her one year to live. She lived one year and six months from the date of her diagnosis. Unfortunately, all you can do is enjoy the time you have left with your loved one. Hospice is a great organization to contact so that your grandmother can be comfortable at home… with breathing treatments, morphine, valium, etc….
Man, this is one brutal crowd. You might want to try being a little more compassionate with your answers. My sister was diagnosed 5 years ago with Stage 4 lung cancer when she was 55. They gave her a year. She will be 61 in May. She has done a few different clinical trials (no chemo), and will be trying another at the end of the month. Find out what type of lung cancer she has, non-small cell or small cell. How much of the lung or lungs are involved? Does she currently smoke? Tell her to do research, which is the most important part of helping yourself. I wish you all the best!
