There is a “stochastic” chance of developing any cancer. Stochastic means “random”. However, the vast majority of cancers are associated with both known and UNKNOWN risk factors.
Frankly, it would be virtually impossible to NEVER be exposed to any lung cancer risk factors. So, your question would have to be considered strictly hypothetical. And, the hypothetical answer is yes because of stochastic chance.
