It is only in the attic that have vermiculite (there is no insulation in the walls at all). I have not had it tested for asbestos. The attic is about 300 sf and it is about 3 inches thick.
Just a ball park estimate.

get it tested and if is just vermiculite can ever do it yourself or get a general handy man would be cheap. however if it has asbestos will cost a lot. start with the test.
