Before you sell a house that is old say 1950s do you have to get it checked for asbestos or would it have already been tetsed a long time ago

It’s best to have it tested to insure the property is not damaged and is livable without worry of asbestosis or mesothelioma. Call a contractor in your area and arrange a testing.
