Your lungs may be bad but to a nonsmoker, that smoke is toxic and causes more irritation to a nonsmoker than a veteran smoker of 10 years— don’t get me wrong here, you still have a high incidence of dying from smoking, but it depends on how many years, how many packs a day, and how old you are now- and did you know that if you quit today in one year you lungs will look as good as new?….it’s true- ask a doctor……………
