Were the patients taking any other kind of treatment? Where are the case studies? Oh, I guess if I’m asking for evidence, I must be part of the conspiracy.

Just look at the evidence Harvard study thc reduces lung tumors by 50%. The government has known since 1974 that marijuana cures cancer. There are countless studies and most of them are from europe since the united states will never release a cure or acknowledge it. The american cancer website listed that marijuana may be prescribed for its direct anti tumor effect. couple weeks later they edited it to say there is no evidence that marijuana has any effect in treating cancer.

smoking isn’t the best method of administration. you really think that the cancer society would give up a cure if they found it? I think not. Its a multi billion dollar industry and many people would lose jobs and there would be no need for research, expensive treatments, drugs, etc. Same thing for other diseases diabetes, HIV, etc. there will never be a cure publicly announced by those greedy people. If they do find the cure it will only be for family and friends

@coupe3kgt The American Cancer Society doesn’t control what treatments are available for cancer treatment. That misunderstanding aside, I have to say that I do believe if a cure for cancer found, it would be made available. However, like the targeted therapies now coming onto the market, it would be extremely expensive. think there would be a struggle to control access to whatever formulation cured cancer, and desperate patients or their insurance carriers would have to pay through the nose.

@coupe3kgt I think you’re thinking of the National Cancer Institute, not the American Cancer Society. And the website said that some alternative practitioners prescribed marijuana for its anti-tumor effects, not that anti-tumor effects had been proven. I suspect that was changed because people like you misinterpreted it.

@widddershins Anti-tumor effects have been proven. We know which metabolic pathways that THC interacts with to kill a damaged/cancer cell, and by the mechanisms of why THC kills cancer cells while leaving the normal cells alone. I currently have over 80 studies, 21st century, to prove that THC kills cancer cells.
