The National Law Journal’s 2009 Law Schools Report
Despite the economic nosedive that began gaining momentum in 2008, the nation’s biggest law firms hired just about the same percentage of graduates from top schools last year as they did the year before. At the same time, NLJ 250 firms brought aboard more graduates from the 20 schools that they relied on the most, which themselves had larger classes. The development suggests that law firms were not well positioned for the recession they now face — and that big firms may be forced to rethink the traditional hiring model.

Took a series of photos and videos in a hour time span. You can clearly see the chemtrails being made in long lines in various places, and in that hour, they change from just a trail, to spreading into full clouds, and they do cover the sky within 5 hours. (Sorry, about the music not looping at the end and you hear my voice on one of the videos at the end, but oh well.)
…………………………………………………………………………………………………. For more than a decade, first the United States and then Canada’s citizens have been subjected to a 24/7/365 day aerosol assault over our heads made of a toxic brew of poisonous heavy metals, chemicals, and other dangerous ingredients. None of this was reported by any mainstream media. The US Department of Defense [DOD] and military have been systematically blanketing all our skies with what are known as Chemtrails (also known as Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering).(2) These differ vastly from the usual plane contrails that evaporate rather quickly in the sky. Chemtrails do not dissipate. Rather, planes (fitted with special nozzles) release aerosols “lines” in the sky that do not evaporate. Multiple planes are deployed, flying parallel (or often “checkerboard” patterns) overhead; and soon the sky is blanketed with many grayish-white lines [miles and miles long, although this is changing]. At first, these lines are thin; but soon they expand and, in a short time, merge together. Our once …

Thrice – Silhouette, Mountain View, Shoreline, Warped Tour 2009
Thrice performing Silhouette. Lyrics: Your eyes, followed me here. Your eyes, seamless and sure. They leave me broken and, in need of a cure. Your eyes, followed me here. Your eyes, sifting my soul. They leave me broken and forge diamonds from the coal. They race me along the infinite synapse of white lines. and then while chasing the dawn with storybook syntax Your eyes slit the throat, of all I know. About myself in this life. This silhouette lie. And your eyes, speaking in tongues. Vigilant still, filling my lungs. Testing my will. They leave me broken and, bruised and bleeding. Your eyes, resting in flame, Leave me breathless again Like hydrogen Split on faultlines or ten years living with exposure to radon Your eyes slit the throat, of all I know. About myself in this life. This silhouette lie. Your eyes, Your eyes. Speaking in tongues. Vigilant still, lead our way. Filling my lungs. Testing my will. You slit the throat, of all I know. About myself in this life. This silhouette lie. You slit my throat. Because I know, That this life, is a lie. So slit my throat.

More Radioactive Rain! What Should You Do? ☢ So, you have found that your rain is high in radiation and you are curious what to do? I have seen so many recent videos showing thousands of counts per minute of radiation. It is important to report very high readings to the proper authorities, such as your local environmental agency, and have your samples tested and verified. When your Geiger counter detects radiation of an activity of greater than 1000 counts per minute / meter squared, you are probably in the midst of something you should remove yourself from. Before you post a video showing this, consider that you might also wish to get some help, or at least a second opinion, before alarming people. If you do contact your local, state, or national EPA, you might include this in your video to allow others to know you did the right thing. If you are under the impression that your queries will go unanswered, the fact that you post a video with carefully verifiable tests and information showing that you contacted the authorities, might spur them to help you. PS When showing a paper swipe test, please be sure to open the paper to show it free of anything and show your entire work area, with a careful test, all in the same scene and with the camera show all areas. This helps ensure people understand the sincerity of your work. NOTE: This video was not directed towards any single person, but merely something I felt needed in light of all of the videos popping up showing …

From Barcelona – According to a report presented at the European Society of Cardiology meeting, heartburn drugs are safe to take at the same time as blood-thinning drugs. Researchers studied over 13000 patients, administering the anti-clotting drug Plavix along with various types of heartburn drugs. Results showed no increase in heart attack or stroke while the anti-clotting drugs still retained their clinical effectiveness. From Italy – Type 2 diabetics may find less need for medication if they go on a Mediterranean diet, according to a report published in the Annals of Internal Medicine. Researchers studied two groups of Type 2 diabetics for four years–one group was on a low-fat diet while the other was on a Mediterranean diet. Those on a Mediterranean diet were at a 37% reduced risk of needing to take medication for their diabetes. And finally, from Toronto – According to a study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, clinical breast exams provide more false positive diagnoses of breast cancer than mammography. Researchers analyzed the screening results of nearly 300000 women aged 50-69. Some underwent both mammograms and breast examinations, while others only underwent mammogram. Results showed that women who underwent both tests were more likely to be referred for follow-up care, but were also at a 2.2% increased risk of receiving a false positive diagnoses.

Text 100 Sydney – Free to Breathe 2009 Fundraising Walk
Earlier this year we discovered that one of our colleagues in New York was undergoing a battle with lung cancer. To show its support the team in New York took part in Free to Breathe, a fundraising initiative to raise money for lung cancer sufferers. Wanting to show its own support, the Text 100 Sydney team embarked on its own version of ‘Free to Breathe’ with a 5km walk across the Harbour Bridge and into the CBD. Thanks to the generosity of our clients, friends and the journalism community we are able to double our fundraising targets. This video is our person e-card to our colleague Lisa in New York – we hope you get well soon Lisa! Lots of love from Sydney xoxo

New research from a team including several Carnegie scientists demonstrates that a specific small segment of RNA could play a key role in the growth of a type of malignant childhood eye tumor called retinoblastoma. The tumor is associated with mutations of a protein called Rb, or retinoblastoma protein. Dysfunctional Rb is also involved with other types of cancers, including lung, brain, breast and bone. Their work could result in a new therapeutic target for treating this rare form of cancer and potentially other cancers as well.
