I am wondering if it’s possible to have 2 types of cancers simultaneously and not even know it….as weird or as stupid as that sounds…..I suspect I may have early stage throat or lung cancer since I have alot of weird symptoms (see my other question for details) but I also think I might have stomach cancer as well. I get these SEVERE tummy aches all the time (even when I’m not on my period or due to start it for several days) and can’t help but think of what it is. I don’t think it could be endometriosis but what do I know? I’m no doctor, nor can I afford to see one right now, which is why I’m hoping a doctor could answer my question on here. My tummy also hurts alot before AND after I eat, many times. Is this normal? What’s the deal?

If the person have high-risk forms of HPV ( that cause cervical cancer or genital warts ) Can this rise the risk of other type of cancers? Can you take some type of tests and what kind ,for other types cancer bace on the high- risk forms or HP?

High risk genital HPV types are the genital HPV types that are found in genital cancers. Genital HPV types are found in virtually all cervical cancer. Other genital cancers that are linked to HPV are vaginal, anal, vulva, penile, and oral cancers. These ‘other’ cancers have other links and risk factors.
I am unsure what other cancers you are thinking of. There is no overall HPV test. HPV testing is approved only for the cervix. HPV is not found in the blood.
Most genital high risk HPV types do not progress to any cancers due to the diligent recommendation of our Pap test. Pap tests allow our doctor to see cell changes early, monitor these cell changes, and if these cell changes progress the can recommend a treatment preventing most all cervical cancers. It usually takes years before the virus progress to cancer.

But dose the author of the book you are reading want three different places where cancer can grow, or three types of cancer that can attack places in the body?
In other words, are the looking for an answer line Brain Cancer, Liver Cancer, Lung Cancer or are they looking for an answer like carcinoma cancer, leukemia, lymphoma and Sarcoma?
In areas where there is a lot of Cesium in the ground water, cancer is very rare. It is also well known that Cesium will prevent cancer cells from reproducing, due to it’s very alkaline environment.

My dad has hurthle cell carcinoma(thyroid cancer). He has been gaining weight over the last few months. But he also has been having lymph nodes that have been swollen or enlarged. He has had no fever, night sweats, or weight loss. But he does have some of the symptoms of lymphoma. He also has fluid on the lungs, copd, a trach from the tumor, emphysema, lots of breathing problems… Thank you for your advice or any knowledge you have on these issues.

Sounds like a parasite, most people have at least one so not uncommon…

There are many different kinds of cancers, and even more theories on what can protect you.
There are some simple and undisputed practices, but nothing guarantees 100% protection. Examples would be not smoking (to avoid getting lung cancer) and protecting yourself from excessive sun exposure (to avoid getting skin cancer.)
The good news is that this is part of any healthy lifestyle and gives other benefits. If you’re just focussed on cancer check out the American Cancer Society’s website for more info.

Tell your friend to get a second opinion before doing anything,
For sore breasts, put castor oil on them.
Alot of breast cancer test are a money racket.

My mum had triple negative breast cancer grade 3 stage 4 and unfortunately we lost her 10 months ago. Is this type of cancer hereditary?

It can be hereditary, yes but it is not necessarily the case with your mother. How old was your mother when she got her first diagnosis? Have there been any other people in your family who have had breast cancer and how old were they when they got it?
If your mother is the only one then it is highly unlikely that she would have the gene and pass it on to you. I think if it was likely then your mother would have been tested for the BRCA gene.
I’m sorry about your mother, this is a truly awful disease.

There is really only one “type” and that’s cancer. However, it could be stage 1,2, 3 or 4, depending on the severity.

kay so i have hodgkins lymphoma and today i went for PET scan because i just finished my chemo and am gettingg ready to start radiationon monday. They PET scan was good for my lymphoma but there are 4 spots in my right lung smaller then the size of a pencel eraserer each. Im still getting ym PIC line taking out tomorrow(where they put the chemo) and continuing with radition monday. They are just leaving it until 2 weeks after radition is over then i will do another PET scan and if the spots are still there or got bigger we will do a biopsy. What are the chances these spots are lung cancer? could i get lung cancer even though i just finished chemo for hodkins? ughh.
