i still smoke, and i started doing track, and i get tired so easily. i heard that garlic was good for your lungs.. a lot of my friends smoke but still are really good runners.. its not that way for me. what can i do?

STOP SMOKING!!! You can not make your lungs healthier if you continue to smoke. So you want yellow teeth and your hair and clothes to smell like an ash tray….mmmmm yummy!!

marijuana has never caused a blackout either, just because people can have accidents while intoxicated, is no reason why that drug should be deemed ‘dangerous’. Alcohol has the same thing, only worse because it increases aggressiveness, but it’s legal. It would still be illegal to drive while high.
