I am 25 had mammo because lump was felt by me and doc. Had mammo they didnt see lump but increased density want ultrasound. I just want to know what most women have experianced when they where diagnosed, through the testing. I am just scared even if they find nothing suspicious because my grandpa was mis diagnosed several times by the time they figured out what he had they only gave him 3weeks to live he had terminal cancer, my aunt was diagnosed with bc at 32 and now my uncle has stage four lung cancer(never smoked) no one in family does they have no idea how it developed. They are all my paternal side of the family. I am just scared of being mis diagnosed.

From what i can find on the net CK6 means weak and patchy and p63 means convincing. I am assuming convincing she does have cancer. I will post the link below. Also it is for breast cancer but i am sure the reading numbers and letters indicate the same thing.
Did some more surfing and found out that Metastatic means the primary site in which the cancer started. Hope this helps.

We don’t know what kind as we don’t know what she already had, nor do you mention what kind of cancer she has. This is what an oncologist is for.

Can use of hemp oil cause negative interactions with Prednisone, Gabapentin, valproic acid, and phenobarbitol? My mom has ovarian cancer that has spread to her brain and is now also in her liver and lymph nodes. We are looking into possible alternatives as her doctors are not able to offer much hope. We’ve heard a lot about the use of hemp oil in successfully treating many cancers, but we are concerned about how it could interact with the medications she is currently on.
What about MMS(sodium chlorite and distilled water), b17, apricot seeds, alkaline foods, chlorella, iodine?
Also, can these interact with each other?

Grasping at alt med straws is probably useless. If you have decided as a last resort to try alternative treatment it has to be done with a doctor or other person highly trained in using this mode of treatment for cancer. They also have experience from past patient interaction. Best of luck. If you still want to go it alone alternatively, go to iherb.com or vitacost.com and go into their links to several databases that have good ideas with good research on which treatments to try for what conditions.It will save you precious time instead of groping around.

Your risks for throat and mouth cancer are probably greater.
You will get less of a “High” effect because the mucus membranes in your mouth are not as efficient at transferring the drugs into your system as the capillaries in your lungs.
Does it look the same? Besides the part where you would look like you were holding your breath to not inhale the huge amount of stuff in your mouth?
I don’t really think its possible anyway, since you need negative pressure from your lungs in order to pull smoke out of the non-burning end of the cigarette into your mouth. Besides, I had a friend who delusionally thought she never inhaled the smoke her whole life– she died of emphysema.

Hello. My mother was diagnosed with Triple Neg. Breast Cancer last year…. She removed both breasts and went through chemo and radiation..she completed those treatments in december… She had a scan for a check up in later december 2009 and was clean. just two weeks ago she began feelin pain in her shoulder, collar, arms, and neck and chest… She had a scan done 3 days ago and………they found another tumor. The biopsied it and it was a tumor for sure. Its 5cm x 1.5cm and is growing on the outside of her lung and near her 1st rib…… She is going to Cancer treatment Center of America in Zion, Illinois…My question here is what can she expect there..and what makes this hospital so great, and what is her prognosis…. it just happened to turn up again (or maybe they just missed it and its been there the whole time) in the same area…Its no where else…no bones, brain, liver, no where else…help me please

First of all I am so sorry to hear that your mom has to go through this all over again. I have seen and heard about the cancer treatment centers of America and a lot of what they do is so different from just your typical chemo or radiation treatments that you receive in a hospital. They offer spiritual guidance, they also offer naturopathic and relaxation treatments as well as alternative medicines. It was founded by a man whose mother had passed from cancer and he was not satisfied in the ways that doctors treated her cancer and so he opened the first treatment center in Illinois and it’s different because they offer so much more than your typical specialist. They give you hope and encouragement and I honestly think that they really put their heart into caring for you in every way possible. I hope this helped.

Our doctor mentioned that chemotherapy could last for 6 months for young women (under 35) even at a stage 2a node negative grade 3 breast cancer.
I heard that some young people in similar situation get away with 2-3 months.

It’s not the same for everyone, it depends on what type of drugs, how many treatments and how they’re spaced apart. I had six treatments every three weeks, so mine lasted a little over 4 months….Stage 2B node positive.

This may be among the list of last chemotherapy agents approved for breast cancer as most of the newer drugs (Herceptin and Tykerb) work differently, targeting specific molecular defects that fuel some types of tumors.Like a new cancer of the breast treatment, Eribulin has become a priority review for approval by the FDA, putting the medication about the fast track to approval in just 6 months when compared to the standard ten months.

Had mastectomy, 3 positive lymph nodes (under arm), had 12 weeks of grueling chemotherapy and 5 weeks of radiation treatment. Now found out she has lung metastasis and bone. Just when our family thought she’d beat this disease. Interested in hearing from a survivor or an oncologist. Any promising clinical trials? She lives in LA and is a wonderful person.

As you know, this is now stage IV breast cancer and is considered incurable.
The goal now is to buy as much good quality time as possible.
