Canada is the world’s largest exporter of Asbestos. Asbestos is a toxic and deadly substance that leads to a horrendous death via cancer and even worse complications. The world’s largest exporter of this horrendous substance is Canada who seem to claim some rubbish higher human rights ground but have no problem in flooding the 3rd world with a toxic substance that is banned in almost all developed nations including within it’s own. It is hypocracy on an unbelievable scale and is leading to suffering and carnage on an even more insurmountable scale outside it’s borders. It’s even gone to the scale of bribing nations to prevent asbestos from being listed on a hazardous products list, it is a true and utter disgrace.

Breathing problems- Rehabilitation programs

Article by Arijit Basu

Treatment of breathing impairments involves rehabilitation of target motor control nerves. A breathing problem involves a condition of breathlessness or difficulty in breathing that is inhaling and exhaling air. These rehab programs assist patients in getting the best guidance and help for treatment of breathing disorders effectively. Most importantly stress is laid on the root cause of such breathing problems and their remedial measures.

Out of a number of causes for breathing problems, suffering from common cold symptoms is one of the major reasons for breathing ailments. Also regular blockage of nasal area might lead to accumulation of mucus in the forehead area and might lead to sinusitis. In such an ailment apart from taking regular medicine doses one also has to rest and work towards the strengthening of the immune system for fast recovery. A state of sinusitis might involve internal swelling and take at least a week for recovery from accumulated mucus.

Breathing problems might occur for a short duration or have a tendency to reoccur after a fixed time interval. The main causes for discomfort might be asthmatic allergies, catching cold, chronic sinusitis and other infections. Symptoms include nasal congestion, chest congestion, cough, cold, sneezing, running nose, redness of eyes and difficulty in breathing. Long drawn studies of medical experts have indicated a possible relation between particular postures defects and respiratory functions. Such findings again focus on the possible chronic low back pain relation with respiratory disorders.

Main focus of a rehabilitation program is to make regular evaluations of breathing problems in patients and healthy persons under standing and supine positions. Stress is laid on impulsive and profound breathing for 3-motor control tasks. Results showed that at rest in the supine point not much difference was witnessed between healthy controls and LBP patients. Also no differences were noted during standing with quite breathing. Some dysfunctions of motor control nerves were noted during deep sleep inspiration or at night. No pattern changes were reported from any of the healthy individuals under standing and supine positions. Specific pattern alterations were reported in case of CLBP patients during different test conditions.
